Bugfix: Pause after sheet insertions to prevent timeout errors.

Bugfix: Convert the costs and proceeds immediately to fiat base. Remove ex rate columns from the open and closed reports and adjust all subsequent formulas. This fixes an original design error and will affect the calculation.
