Input Sheets

There are two user input sheets:

N.B. Your data is stored on your drive only and nobody else has access to it.

Ledger sheet - a list of all transactions

Assets sheet - every asset in the ledger sheet must have an entry in the assets sheet

Reports

The application will output the following reports:

Open Summary Report - a summary breakdown of all open positions

Closed Summary Report - a summary breakdown of all closed positions

Income Summary Report - a summary breakdown of all income received

Wallets Report - a table displaying the content of each wallet

Investments Report - an overview of how your investments are performing, overall and by asset type, in nominal and real terms. 

Hidden Reports

The application will output the following hidden reports which can be unhidden as required:

Open Report - an itemised list of all open lots

Closed Report - an itemised list of all closed lots

Income Report - an itemised list of all income received

Extending the application

The application provides the following named data ranges that can be queried from your own custom sheets:

  • Assets = the data in the assets sheet not including the header row

  • Open = the data in the open report sheet not including the header rows

  • Closed = the data in the closed report sheet not including the header rows

  • Income = the data in the closed report sheet not including the header row
